What the build looks like

Kickoff
I go through your answers and ask anything I still need. You send your photos and product list.
Design direction
You see your home page and a product page in your colors and type. You say yes or tell me what to change.
The build
Every page gets built, your products get loaded, and the cart and checkout get connected.
Payments, admin, emails
Stripe is connected to your account, your admin login is created, and your three email flows are written.
Your walkthrough
You click through the whole store and place a test order. I fix what you flag.

What is a done-for-you online store?
A done-for-you online store is a complete shop that someone else designs, builds, and launches for you. With Stores by Shaina you send your products and photos, and you get back a finished store with card checkout, your own admin, and email flows, open in 7 to 30 days.
How much does it cost to have an online store built?
Stores by Shaina has three one time prices: $950 for The Starter Store, $1,500 for The Ready Store, and $2,500 for The Signature Store. After launch you pay card processing, your domain name, and $75 a year for hosting.
How is this different from Shopify?
Shopify rents you the tools and you build the store yourself for a monthly fee. Here the store is built for you for a one time price, and you own it. Shopify costs less in the first few years, so choose this if you want it done for you and want to own the result.
What do I pay after launch?
Card processing through Stripe on each sale, your domain renewal, and hosting. Hosting is $75 a year. The first year is included with The Ready Store and The Signature Store, and it is free for as long as you are on the care plan. No monthly platform fee, ever.
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. If you can fill in a form, you can run your store. Your admin is built for adding products and checking orders, and I walk you through it before launch.
What do you need from me to start?
Your product list with prices, product photos, your logo if you have one, and about an hour across the week to answer my questions, check the design, and do your walkthrough.
I do not have a logo or brand colors yet. Is that a problem?
No. Add the brand kit, or choose The Signature Store where it is included, and I will create a logo, color palette, and type pairing before the build starts.
I already sell on Shopify or Etsy. Can I move?
Yes. Bring your product list and photos and I will load them into the new store. Tell me about your current setup in the form so nothing gets left behind.
What if I want changes after it is live?
Products, prices, and photos you change yourself in the admin. For design changes or new features, the care plan covers small requests each month, or I can quote a one time update.
How does payment work?
Half to start and half on the day your store goes live. You can also pay over time with Klarna or Affirm at checkout.
What if I do not like the design?
You see the design before I build anything. I revise it with you, and if I cannot get it right you get a full refund.
